臨海市久大橡膠履帶廠成立于2005年 ，是一家具備自主設(shè)計、研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售各類工程機械用橡膠履帶板、減震膠塊、橡膠塊、橡膠履帶的股份制企業(yè)，坐落在歷史悠久的文化古城臨海。產(chǎn)品廣泛用于挖掘機、攤鋪機、銑刨機、壓路機、打樁機等各種工程機械。積累了10多年的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗，本廠產(chǎn)品具有耐撕裂、抗老化、抗拉強度高、高耐磨、減震效果好等特點，目前本廠產(chǎn)品大量出口歐美、東南亞、日本等國家。

Linhai Jiuda rubber track factory was founded in 2005, is a company which can Independent research and development, production and sales of construction machinery rubber tracks, damping rubber pads, rubber pads. It's located in the historic cultural city - Linhai. Products are widely used in excavator, paver, milling planer, road roller, pile driver, etc. Accumulated over 10 years of production technology and experience, our products have good tear resistance, anti-aging, high tensile strength, high wear resistance, good damping effect .At present, our products large export to Europe, America, southeast Asia, Japan and other countries.

本廠從2016年初遷入新廠區(qū)，借鑒發(fā)達國家良好企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系和研發(fā)經(jīng)驗，已經(jīng)建立了完善的質(zhì)量管理體系，并成立了研發(fā)部門

一、5S管理：從原材料進場擺放、半成品、成品、生產(chǎn)用機械、模具、工器具、運輸工具等各個區(qū)域進行了劃分，擺放整齊，各就其位，還進行了標示牌管理。

二、質(zhì)量管理文件：根據(jù)本廠的實際情況，制定了所有工序的檢驗項目，檢驗標準。做到每個工序的工作規(guī)范到位。本廠在今年獲得ISO9001認證，也參加了橡膠履帶板國家標準的制定。

三、質(zhì)量監(jiān)督：配備專業(yè)知識和實際操作經(jīng)驗豐富的質(zhì)量管理專人，建立質(zhì)量監(jiān)督體系。從原材料進場檢驗到生產(chǎn)過程中的各個環(huán)節(jié)進行監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)，再到成品檢驗記錄。

四、成立優(yōu)秀的研發(fā)部門。對研發(fā)部門高投入，研究開發(fā)國內(nèi)外客戶滿意的新產(chǎn)品

We moved to new factory in early 2016, draw lessons from excellent enterprise, established a thorough quality management system, and set up research & development department

1. 5S management: raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, production machinery, molds, instruments, transportations all have independent area, and have nameplate.

2. The quality management files: according to the actual situation of the factory, formulate the inspection items and standards of all procedures. We passed  ISO9001 audit this year, also participated in the rubber tracks national standards.

3. quality supervision: equipped with professional and experienced QC, establish quality supervision system. Supervision and guidance from raw material inspection , each procedure and finished goods inspection and records.

4. set up excellent research & development department. High investment on research and development, design well selling product.
